针刺可以抑制痛觉的皮层下各中枢神经元的活动,已有证明,大脑皮层在痛觉的产生及针刺镇痛中的作用也有报导,但意见尚未一致。本室曾证实,中脑网状结构,(MRF)对痛觉既起传导通路作用,又有一定的整合作用。在猕猴的慢性实验中观察到,皮层体感Ⅱ区(SⅡ区)存在着接受皮肤伤害性刺激的神经元,刺激穴位司使这些神经元的伤害性反应减弱,与疼痛和针刺镇痛有着较密切的关系。
Acupuncture can inhibit pain and cortical activities of central cortical neurons. It has been reported that the role of cerebral cortex in pain induction and acupuncture analgesia has also been reported, but the opinions have not been consistent. This room had confirmed that the mesencephalic reticular structure, (MRF) on the pain from the conduction pathway, but also a certain degree of integration. In the monkeys’ chronic experiments, it is observed that there are neurons in the cortex somatosensory area Ⅱ (SⅡ) that receive skin noxious stimuli. Stimulating the acupoints department makes these nociceptive nocturnal reactions weakened, which is more important than pain and acupuncture analgesia close relationship.
