Organized by the Center for Concrete Technology Development of the Institute of Industrial Technology Information of Construction Materials, the training course for the first phase of South Hunan Laboratory hosted by Hunan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. was held in Ningxiang, Hunan Province from September 2 to September 5, 2013.
