This article elaborates the basic construction of service livelihood in terms of strengthening the source management and database construction of people’s livelihood archives, analyzes the integration of archival information resources and establishes a database of archives specialties to further explore the positive energy and development prospects of people’s livelihood needs and innovative special service functions.
