The 12th Five-year Development Plan currently under development will be a crucial period for China’s economic growth and transformation. Low-carbon economic development has become an inevitable requirement and trend of economic development in our country. Energy-saving emission reduction and the development of clean energy will prompt China’s economy to further accelerate the pace of economic restructuring.
