患者,男,65岁。右侧肢体瘫痪、言语不清四小时于1990年12月29日入院。起病后,无头痛、呕吐、心慌、冷汗、抽搐。既往有高血压病史10年,糖尿病史6年。近月来,每天进食4～5两,自服消渴丸5粒,每日二次。入院查体:T36.3℃,P98次/分,R20次/分,Bp24/12kPa。神清,言语不清,双瞳孔正圆等大,示齿左鼻唇沟变浅,伸舌居中。颈软,双肺(一),心界向左下扩大,律齐。左上肢肌力Ⅳ级,下肢肌力Ⅲ级,巴氏征(±)。
Patient, male, 65 years old. Paralysis of the right limb, unclear speech Four hours on December 29, 1990 admitted. After onset, no headache, vomiting, palpitation, cold sweat, convulsions. Past history of hypertension 10 years, history of diabetes 6 years. In recent months, daily consumption of 4 to 5 two self-serving Xiaoke Pill 5, twice daily. Admission examination: T36.3 ℃, P98 beats / min, R20 beats / min, Bp24 / 12kPa. God clear, unclear speech, double pupil is round and so large, showing teeth left nasolabial fold shallow, tongue middle. Neck soft, lung (a), heart to expand to the lower left, law Qi. Left upper limb muscle strength Ⅳ, lower limb muscle strength Ⅲ grade, Pakistan’s sign (±).
