聋校教育的信息化建设经过各方面的努力已经取得了长足的进步,但是,在教师信息技术整合课程能力方面,还有比较大的差距,就是和本地区的普通学校相比,也存在着一定的差距.如何提高在职教师的信息技术整合课程能力,是当前各聋校信息化发展的一项重要任务.本文从聋校实际出发,分析得出聋校信息化建设的核心,借鉴普通教育信息化发展过程中的经验,提出了相应的聋校教师信息技术整合能力校本培训的建议与策略.
