目的建立水中微量砷的波长色散X射线荧光光谱测定法。方法水样在氦气的保护下直接进样,样品量为7 ml,耗时100 s,采用波长色散X射线荧光光谱法测定As Kα1谱线的强度,以确定水样中砷的含量。结果该方法在2.05~200mg/L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,r=0.999 8。该方法的检出限为0.3 mg/L,平均回收率为97.1%~107.0%,RSD<1.45%。结论该方法具有快速、灵敏、准确、环保的特点,适用于对大批水样的砷进行长期、频繁监测。
Objective To establish a wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry of trace arsenic in water. Methods Water samples were directly injected under the protection of helium gas, the sample volume was 7 ml and the time was 100 s. The intensity of As Kα1 line was determined by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to determine the arsenic content in water sample. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 2.05 ~ 200 mg / L, r = 0.999 8. The detection limit of the method was 0.3 mg / L, the average recovery was 97.1% ~ 107.0%, RSD <1.45%. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for the long-term and frequent monitoring of arsenic in large quantities of water samples.
