目的:探讨两种术前清洗方法对结膜囊的抑菌效果,进而比较得出一种更安全有效的结膜囊冲洗方法。方法:排除局部及全身炎症,行白内障摘除+IOL植入手术的患者80例80眼,随机分为两组,冲洗前后分别用咽拭子采集结膜囊标本,并在30 min内送检做细菌培养。结果:在抑菌效果上实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:生理盐水+氯霉素冲洗抑菌效果好,是一种安全有效的结膜囊清洗方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antibacterial effects of two preoperative methods on conjunctival sac, and to find out a safer and more effective method of conjunctival sac irrigation. Methods: 80 patients (80 eyes) with partial or systemic inflammation who underwent cataract extraction and IOL implantation were randomly divided into two groups. Before and after rinsing, conjunctival sac specimens were collected by throat swab and sent for examination within 30 min to cultivate. Results: There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in antibacterial effect (P <0.01). Conclusion: The antibacterial effect of saline + chloramphenicol is good and it is a safe and effective method for the cleaning of conjunctival sac.
