采煤机在井下处于满负荷、超强度运行状态,故障率较高。井下空间及维修条件有限,频繁检修或更换采煤机零部件直接影响安全生产,停机给生产带来经济损失。铁谱技术运用于采煤机状态监测,不仅能减少维修次数,提高设备利用率,而且拓展了铁谱技术的现场应用。三河尖煤矿应用铁谱技术跟踪监测MG200-W1采煤机运行工况,了解采煤机运行状态,判断、发现事故隐患,也为同类设备的铁谱监测与诊断提供参考。
Shearer at full capacity in the mine, super-strength state of operation, a higher failure rate. Downhole space and limited maintenance conditions, frequent maintenance or replacement of shearer parts directly affect the safety of production, downtime to bring economic losses. The application of ferrography to the condition monitoring of shearer not only can reduce the number of maintenance and equipment utilization, but also expand the field application of ferrography. The Sanhejian Coal Mine tracks and monitors the operating conditions of the MG200-W1 shearer by using the ferrography technology to understand the operation status of the shearer, judge and discover the hidden dangers of the accident, and also provide reference for the ferrographic monitoring and diagnosis of similar equipment.
