本文报告经手术及病理证实的神经节细胞胶质瘤14例,其中位于大脑半球者12例,第三脑室前部和丘脑各1例。年龄6～64岁,30岁以下有10例。病程1.5个月～10年,平均4.7年。主要临床表现为癫痫和头痛。手术行肿瘤全切者8例,部分切除者6例。术后9例随访8个月～7年,5例存活,均恢复工作,4例死亡(3例为肿瘤复发)。指出该肿瘤虽相对良性,但有恶性变可能,应予重视。
This article reports 14 cases of ganglion cell gliomas confirmed by operation and pathology, including 12 cases located in the hemisphere, 1 case in front of the third ventricle and 1 case in the thalamus. Aged 6 to 64 years old, 30 years of age in 10 cases. Duration of 1.5 months to 10 years, an average of 4.7 years. The main clinical manifestations of epilepsy and headache. Surgical removal of tumor in 8 cases, partial resection in 6 cases. After operation, 9 cases were followed up for 8 months to 7 years. Five patients survived and recovered. Four patients died (three patients had tumor recurrence). Pointed out that although the tumor is relatively benign, but malignant transformation may be, should be valued.
