采用液相色谱/电喷雾/质谱(LC/ESI/MS)法测定卷烟烟丝及其主流烟气中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿定c的质量分数并计算其转移率。用高效液相色谱—质谱法,采用电喷雾(ESI)离子源,负离子模式,选择特定碎片离子m/z(淫羊藿苷:513.26;淫羊藿定C:659.31)进行检测。结果:所采用方法专属性强、重现性好,适用于卷烟及其烟气中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿定C的质量分数测定。淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿定C在样品烟丝中质量分数分别为292.83,557.47 ng/g,在主流烟气中质量分数分别为10.30,39.69 ng/g,转移率分别为3.52%,7.12%。LC/ESI/MS方法可用于检测烟丝和卷烟主流烟气中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿定C,卷烟烟丝中淫羊藿苷和淫羊藿定C可以转移到了主流烟气中,这可能是降低卷烟危害的物质基础。
The mass fractions of icariin and epimedium c in cigarette and its mainstream smoke were determined by liquid chromatography / electrospray / mass spectrometry (LC / ESI / MS) and their transfer rates were calculated.
