5月22日,国家互联网信息办公室宣布,我国将实行网络安全审查制度。该制度将主要审查关系国家安全和公共利益的系统使用的重要信息技术产品和服务,而信息安全系统产品的安全性和可控性将成为审查重点。审查制度主要是针对提供技术、产品和服务的厂商,并不针对个人信息。国家互联网信息办公室表示,此次审查制度不针对任何国家和地区,对发现存在安全隐患的网络产品和服务,不论是外国企业还是中国境内企业,都一视同仁,都要遵从。
On May 22, the State Internet Information Office announced that China will implement a network security review system. The system will mainly examine critical information technology products and services that are used systematically in relation to national security and the public interest, and the safety and control of information security system products will be the focus of the review. The censorship system is primarily aimed at vendors that provide technology, products and services and does not address personal information. According to the State Internet Information Office, this censorship system is not targeted at any country or region. All network products and services that are found to have potential security risks, whether foreign or domestic, should be treated in accordance with the same standards.
