批改,本身就带着一种居高临下的审视态度,它着眼于学生的不足,不利于培养学生的自信,不符合新课程平等对话,民主交往的精神。所以,我认为,改革作文的评估方式,应把“批改”变为“交流”。教师就作文和学生平等交流,以学习的态度、发现的眼光、欣赏的心情对待学生的作文,并在充分交流的基础上,给出自己的建议式、商量式、比较式的评估结果,这样对学生的自信心和自尊心,对学生形成他们的写作个性和表述特色都有极大的帮助。可以从以下几个方面进行交流。
