针对国内现代学徒制的实施情况,提出了以企业主导、校企协同创新是成功实现现代学徒制人才培养模式的关键要素。以移动通信技术专业为例,在校企合作背景下,了解企业需求,给予企业利益,调动企业积极性,充分利用企业在行业中的优势扩大实践场所;学校协同企业,在课程体系、教学模式、师资建设等方面创新,来适应现代学徒制的人才培养模式。
In view of the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system in China, it is proposed that the key elements of successfully implementing the mode of modern apprenticeship talents are enterprise-led and school-enterprise cooperation.
