鞍钢在冶金系统和辽宁省都是一个耗能大户。“七五”期间在节能方面取得了很大成绩。“八五”期间要进一步阶低能耗,必须依靠科技进步去挖掘节能的潜在能力。国外钢铁企业采取的具体节能措施是:①极力降低高炉的燃料比,②大力推广炼钢工序节能新技术,③降低轧钢工序能耗。“八五”期间鞍钢在炼铁系统要推广高富氧大喷煤技术,改进炉料结构,停一烧,改造双球烧结矿,提高风温,降低焦比和采取其它降低焦比的技术措施。在炼钢方面要进一步提高废钢比,炼钢转炉化,回收转炉煤气,平炉要进一步开发重油乳化燃烧工艺,提高铁水温度。开坯方面是发展连铸技术,在初轧机上积极开展零能轧制新工艺,全面推广微机控制均热烧钢。轧钢方面要推广热装和直接轧制技术以及计算机自动控制烧钢技术。要建设和完善鞍钢能源管理中心离线网络系统并注意动力系统的节能措施。
Anshan Iron and Steel Metallurgical System and Liaoning Province are a large energy consumption. During the “Seventh Five-Year” period, great achievements have been made in energy conservation. During the Eighth Five-Year Plan, energy consumption must be further stepped down and technological progress must be tapped to tap the potential of energy conservation. The specific energy-saving measures adopted by foreign steelmakers are: (1) to reduce the fuel ratio of the blast furnace; (2) to vigorously promote new energy-saving technologies in the steelmaking process and (3) to reduce the energy consumption in the rolling process. During the Eighth Five-Year Plan, Angang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. should popularize high oxygen rich large coal injection technology in ironmaking system, improve the structure of charge, stop burning once, transform double-ball sinter, raise air temperature, reduce coke ratio and adopt other technical measures to reduce coke ratio. In the steelmaking sector to further improve the scrap ratio, converter steelmaking, converter gas recovery, open hearth to further develop heavy oil emulsion combustion process to improve the temperature of hot metal. Billet is the development of continuous casting technology, the beginning of rolling mill to actively carry out the new zero-rolling technology, the comprehensive promotion of computer-controlled hot-burning steel. Rolling to promote hot-rolled and direct rolling technology and computer automatic control of steel technology. It is necessary to establish and improve the offline network system of the Ansteel Energy Management Center and pay attention to the energy-saving measures of the power system.
