科室工作如何面向生产,如何推动基层工作和帮助基层解决生产中的问题,这在许多厂矿来说,还存在着不少问题.包头第一砖瓦厂推行了科室包干车间的工作,取得了一些经验,有助于这方面问题的解决.包头第二工业局已将这一经验推广到其他各厂.
How departmental work is oriented to production, how to promote grassroots work and help grassroots work out solutions to problems in production are many problems for many factories and mines. The first brickyard in Baotou carried out the work of the departmental drying workshop and made some Experience, to help solve this problem. Baotou Second Bureau of Industry has extended this experience to other plants.
