随着反流性食管炎(GERD)、食管癌发病率的增高,Barrett食管(BE)又受到国内外学者的关注。对于BE的认识、定义、诊断标准及随访标准正在不断更新,许多新技术如弥散反射分光术(DRS)、散射光分光术(LSS)、APC、PDT、EMR等也开始用于BE的诊断及治疗。新发现的Ki-67、COX-2、内分泌因子、细胞周期蛋白、转录因子IL-4、肝细胞抗原等与BE相关的标记物,对BE的组织学诊断可提供有力的帮助。
With reflux esophagitis (GERD), the incidence of esophageal cancer increased, Barrett’s esophagus (BE) has also been the concern of domestic and foreign scholars. The definition, diagnostic criteria and follow-up standards of BE are continuously updated. Many new technologies such as diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), scattered light spectroscopy (LSS), APC, PDT, EMR and so on have also been used to diagnose BE treatment. The newly discovered biomarkers associated with BE, such as Ki-67, COX-2, endocrine factor, cyclin, transcription factor IL-4 and hepatocyte antigen, may provide powerful help for the histological diagnosis of BE.
