研究了经渗氮、碳氮共渗后高频淬火处理后42CrMo及45钢瓦楞辊试样的表面组织和力学性能。结果表明,两种试样经渗氮加高频淬火处理后表层主要为氮化物和回火马氏体组织;碳氮共渗加高频淬火处理后试样表层组织主要为回火马氏体和少量氮化物。45钢和42CrMo钢试样经过处理表面硬度分别达到740和800HV0.1,经高频淬火处理后,试样表面硬化层有较好的硬度梯度。
The surface microstructure and mechanical properties of 42CrMo and 45 steel corrugated rolls after nitriding and carbonitriding were studied. The results show that the surface of the two samples is mainly nitrided and tempered martensite after nitriding and high frequency quenching. The surface microstructure of the samples after carbonitriding and quenching is mainly tempered martensite And a small amount of nitride. 45 and 42CrMo steel sample surface hardness after treatment reached 740 and 800HV0.1, after quenching, the sample surface hardened layer has a good hardness gradient.
