目的:采用化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法,建立食品香菇中重金属镉的测定方法。方法:采用PE-AA400原子吸收分光光度计,MCA-201微型化学原子化器,波长228.8 nm,狭缝2.7mm/1.35 mm,灯电流4 mA,载气氩气的流速1.1 L/min。结果:镉浓度在0~2.0 ng/mL范围内,具有良好的线性关系,校准方程为:A=0.1999c+0.0015(r=0.9997);方法回收率为96.25%(n=9),相对标准偏差:3.16%。结论:化学原子化-原子吸收光谱法测定香菇中镉含量的方法灵敏度高,无背景校正,操作快捷简单,成本低廉。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of heavy metal cadmium in food shiitake mushrooms by chemical atomization - atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: PE-AA400 atomic absorption spectrophotometer and MCA-201 mini-chemical atomizer were used. The wavelength was 228.8 nm, the slit was 2.7 mm / 1.35 mm, the lamp current was 4 mA and the carrier gas flow rate was 1.1 L / min. Results: The calibration curve was linear with the range of 0-2.0 ng / mL. The calibration equation was: A = 0.1999c + 0.0015 (r = 0.9997); the recovery rate was 96.25% (n = 9) Deviation: 3.16%. Conclusion: The method of chemical atomization - atomic absorption spectrometry for determination of cadmium in mushrooms has high sensitivity, no background correction, quick and easy operation and low cost.
