一九四二年五月三十日,延安文艺座谈会开后不久,鲁迅艺术学院请毛主席来给全体人员讲话。按照解放以后的做法,党中央召开了重要的会议,毛主席在会议上作了重要的讲话,参加会议的人是应当回到自己的工作单位,详细地认真地传达,组织学习,并联系工作进行讨论,立即改进工作的。然而鲁艺当时的负责人,各系主任,还有许多教员和干部,都参加了延安文艺座谈会,听了毛主席的讲话,回到学校却没有先向全体人员传达,而是请毛主席亲自来讲话。
