中华人民共和国成立三十周年了。三十年来,随着现代化国防建设的发展,我军军事医学科学研究、特别是三防医学科学研究,有了很大的发展,取得了可喜的成绩。在全国军民热烈庆祝建国三十周年的时候,回顾三十年来三防医学发展的历史,总结经验教训,对于适应全党全国工作着重点的转移,迅速把我军三防医学研究提高到新的水平,将是非常有益的。
