我从事临床护理工作已23年,曾在内、外、眼、传染等科及门诊工作。通过临床实践使我逐渐体会到,护理工作不单是要做好打针、服药等治疗工作,更重要的是要做好住院病人的病情观察和临床护理,这是衡量护理质量的重要指标。护士通过细致的观察,可以及时、全面、系统地掌握病人的病情,及时发现异常变化,不误时机地采取抢救措施,对防止病情恶化,控制感染和并发症的发生及提高治愈率等方面,都具有重要意义。
I have been working in clinical nursing for 23 years. I worked in the departments of internal and external, eye, infection and outpatient services. Through clinical practice, I gradually realized that nursing work is not only necessary for the treatment of injections and medication, but more importantly, the patient’s condition observation and clinical nursing should be well done. This is an important indicator to measure the quality of nursing care. Nurses through careful observation, timely, comprehensive and systematic grasp of the patient’s condition, timely detection of abnormal changes, not wrongly time to take rescue measures to prevent the progression of the disease, control infection and complications and improve the cure rate, etc., All have important meaning.
