今年是新中国建国五十周年。五十年来祖国发生了翻天覆地的变化,各条战线取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。作为一个在税收战线上贡献了青春,贡献了一生的我,虽已离休多年,但在这举国欢庆的时候,同样浮想联翩,感慨万千。五十年来的税收工作,从小到大,从弱到强,走了一条曲折发展的道路,取得了前所未有的成就。1949年9月16日武威解放。在政权建设的同时,税收工作也开始建立,党和国家派来了武威专区税务局第一任局长宁建基,筹建了专区税务局,我们一些青年学生积极报名参加。以后各县先后组建了县税务局,开始了税收工作。当时
