目的:为了促进慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效的提高,研究和探讨采取开放式乳突改良根治并鼓室成形术治疗的围手术期护理措施。方法:根据患者住院号先后顺序从2016年3月至2017年3月在我院治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中选取100例作为研究对象并通过抽签的方法对其进行分组,入组患者均按照开放式乳突改良根治并鼓室成形术方案治疗,其中接受耳鼻喉科常规护理措施的设为对照组,接受围手术期护理措施的设为试验组,比较不同护理措施对患者听力恢复的影响。结果:研究数据显示,试验组和对照组均取得一定的治疗效果,但是和对照组相比试验组术后并发症发生率更低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性化脓性中耳炎患者采取开放式乳突改良根治并鼓室成形术治疗的围手术期护理措施,在提高疗效的同时能够预防和减少并发症的发生,效果明显,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the curative effect of chronic suppurative otitis media, study and explore the perioperative nursing measures of open radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty. Methods: 100 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected according to the order of patient’s hospitalization, and were grouped according to the method of lottery. All the patients were treated according to Open mastoidectomy and radical tympanoplasty. Among them, the routine otorhinolaryngology nursing care was set as the control group, and the perioperative nursing care was set as the trial group to compare the effect of different nursing measures on hearing recovery. Results: The data showed that both the experimental group and the control group achieved certain therapeutic effect, but the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The perioperative nursing measures of open mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media can improve the curative effect and prevent and reduce the complication at the same time. The curative effect is obvious and worth promoting.
