采用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定了防城湾海域11个站位表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg、As的含量,各元素的平均含量分别为20.7×10-6、34.9×10-6、61.14×10-6、0.18×10-6、28.2×10-6、0.078×10-6和8.49×10-6,均符合该海域海洋功能区划要求。各重金属含量均呈现出由湾内向湾口逐渐降低趋势。其中,Cu、Pb、Zn之间,Cr、Hg、As之间相关关系显著。Hakanson潜在生态风险评价结果为:测定的7种重金属单因子潜在生态风险均属于轻微生态危害范畴,其潜在生态风险大小依次为:Hg>Cd>Pb>As>Cu>Cr>Zn。
The contents of Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, Hg and As in the surface sediments of 11 stations in Fangchengwan sea area were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The average contents of the elements were 20.7 × 10 -6, 34.9 × 10-6, 61.14 × 10-6, 0.18 × 10-6, 28.2 × 10-6, 0.078 × 10-6, and 8.49 × 10-6, all of which meet the requirements of maritime zoning. The content of heavy metals showed a gradual decrease from bay to bay. Among them, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cr, Hg, As between the significant correlation. The potential ecological risk assessment results of Hakanson were as follows: The potential ecological risk of the seven heavy metals were all classified as minor ecological risk, and the potential ecological risk followed the order of Hg> Cd> Pb> As> Cu> Cr> Zn.
