目的制备治疗痤疮的药膏“丽我粉刺净”并进行疗效观察。方法中药材经煎煮提取、研磨,按一定比例调制成外用药膏,对其重金属、微生物含量进行检测,观察皮肤刺激性和经口毒性,并通过病例治疗观察实际应用效果。结果丽我粉刺净的重金属和微生物含量均符合化妆品卫生规范。动物实验表明本药属于无毒无刺激性产品。患者应用本药后快速起效,彻底根治。结论本药处方及制备方法合理,安全、无毒副反应,疗效确切,是一种有效的痤疮治疗药剂。
Objective To prepare acne cream “Li me acne net” and observe the curative effect. Methods Chinese herbal medicines were extracted by boiling, ground, and formulated into topical ointment according to a certain proportion to test the contents of heavy metals and microorganisms. Skin irritation and oral toxicity were observed. Practical treatment effects were observed through case treatment. Results Li me acne net heavy metal and microbial content are in line with cosmetic hygiene standards. Animal experiments show that the drug belongs to non-toxic non-irritating products. Patients rapid onset of application of this medicine, radical cure. Conclusion The prescription and preparation method of this medicine is reasonable, safe, non-toxic and side-effect, with definite curative effect. It is an effective acne treatment agent.
