本文报告了3例作颞叶海马杏仁核复合体切除,4例作丘脑腹外侧核破坏患者的手术前后免疫及神经内分泌结果的对比情况。结果提示颞叶海马杏仁核复合体切除和丘脑腹外侧破坏后,其免疫功能包括抗体分泌能力和血白介素-2分泌水平均上升。前者还出现ACTH、GH及PRL水平的升高,后者出现GH与PRL水平升高。作者推测,颞叶海马杏仁核及丘脑腹外侧核均可调控免疫功能,切除或毁损后可提高免疫功能;催乳素有促进免疫功能的作用。
This article reports three cases of temporal lobe hippocampal amygdaloid complex resection, four cases of thalamic ventrolateral thalamic damage in patients with preoperative and postoperative immune and neuroendocrine results compared. The results suggest that after the removal of the amygdala complex in the temporal lobe and the destruction of the ventrolateral thalamus, the immune function, including the secretion of antibodies and the level of serum interleukin-2 secretion, both increased. The former also appeared ACTH, GH and PRL levels increased, the latter appeared elevated GH and PRL levels. The authors speculate that temporal lobe hippocampus amygdala and ventrolateral thalamic nucleus can regulate immune function, removal or damage can improve immune function; prolactin can promote immune function.
