以鲫鱼 ( Carassiusauratus)、泥鳅 ( Misgurnusanguillicaudatus)、大型蚤( Daphiniam agna)、田螺 ( Viviparuschengtehensis) 等水生动物材料, 在20℃条件下应用换液的方法进行了灭扫利的急性毒性试验, 同时对鲫鱼进行亚急性暴露, 研究农药灭扫利对鱼体器官的损伤作用。试验结果: ①对鲫鱼48h 的半致死浓度( L C50) 为0011m g/ L, 泥鳅的 L C50为0112m g/ L、田螺的 L C50为231m g/ L, 对大型蚤24h 的 E C50为020m g/ L。②在亚急性暴露中,大于00014m g/ L的灭扫利试验溶液, 对鲫鱼的肝脏有明显损伤作用。实验结果还获得灭扫利对鲫鱼的最大无影响浓度 ( N O E C) 为00007m g/ L, 最低有影响浓度 ( L O E C) 为00014m g/ L, 其最大允许浓度 ( M A T C) 估计为0001m g/ L, 应用系数为01。
