在分析小学教学班级中学生之间的人际交往时,我们会发现这么一种现象,即在班级里,同学之间除了有一般的交往之外,还存在着一种特殊的人际交往:许多同学二、二之间人际交往频繁,他们形影不离;经常在一起活动,彼此很合得来,出现了在人际往中有比较固定交往对象的“成对交往”现象。成对交往作为小学生人标交往中一种特殊现象和方式,在其存在方式和行为表现方面有以下几个明显的特点: 1.自发形成。在小学之间形成的成对交往不是经外力撮合而成的,而是完全出于两人的自觉自愿,相互吸引自觉形成的。
