汞的测定方法常用的有冷原子吸收法和双硫腙光度法,后者并被列为汞的标准分析方法之一,本文根据双硫腙汞Hg(HDz)_2,双硫腙铜Cu(HDz)_2和双硫腙H_2Dz的吸收光谱,并应用三波长吸光光度法的原理,直接测定水中的汞,避免了原方法中反复萃取洗涤的繁琐步骤,还可消除水中的主要干扰物-铜的干扰,同时运用计算机进行数据处理。本方法同标准方法进行对照,结果满意。
