目的 :以异舒吉 (德国许瓦兹大药厂生产批号 2 34 0 1 0 1 )作对照 ,对国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射液 (乐山市三民药物研究所生产批号 970 30 )的临床疗效及安全性进行临床验证。方法 :采用随机、单盲、组间平行对照试验 ,治疗组用国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射液 2 5mgivgttbid 1 4天 ,对照组用异舒吉 2 0mgivgttbid 1 4天。观察总有效率、心电图改善、及不良反应。结果 :国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射液能有效改善心肌缺血 ,缓解临床症状。治疗组总有效率88 5 7% ,对照组 85 % ;治疗组心电图ST -T改善 6 2 8% ,对照组 5 5 %。结论 :国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射液疗效确切 ,不良反应小 ,价格低 ,符合国情 ,可临床推广
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of Isosorbide (Lot 2 34 0 1 0 1 produced by Schwarz Pharmacy in Germany) on isosorbide mononitrate injection (Lot 970 30, Sanmin Institute of Materia Medica, Leshan) Efficacy and safety of clinical validation. Methods: A randomized, single-blind, parallel control group was used. The treatment group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate injection 25mgivgttbid for 14 days and control group with Isoglukomide 20mgivgttbid for 14 days. Observe the total efficiency, ECG improvement, and adverse reactions. Results: Domestic isosorbide mononitrate injection can effectively improve myocardial ischemia, relieve clinical symptoms. The total effective rate was 88 57% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group. The electrocardiogram ST-T improved 62.8% in the treatment group and 55% in the control group. Conclusion: The domestic isosorbide mononitrate injection has definite curative effect, small adverse reaction, low price, in line with national conditions, clinical promotion
