由河北、湖北、辽宁省政府办公厅发起组织的十二省政务、经济信息网络首次年会,于今年六月十七日至十九日在河北省石家庄市举行。参加首次年会的网络成员省有河北、湖北、辽宁、黑龙江、山东、山西、河南、江苏、浙江、四川、安徽和湖南等省政府办公厅主管信息工作的负责同志和有关人员。国务院办公厅秘书局的负责同志到会并讲话。会上通过了《章程》,网络以互相提供信息、资料和交流经验为主要活动方式,并就政务工作中的问题
