培训教学与学历教育的教学是有一定区别的,本文对培训教学的特征与教学环节进行了分析、总结和探讨,试图从教学理论上给培训教师提供一些有指导意义的参考准则。
There are some differences between training teaching and academic education. This paper analyzes, summarizes and discusses the characteristics and teaching links of training teaching, trying to provide some guiding principles to the training teachers from teaching theory.
