一背景与概况经历了30多年高速增长,我国经济发展仍然面临诸多挑战,经济发展中的许多突出问题亟须解决:经济发展长期依赖出口与投资,内需与外需、投资与消费等严重失衡;农村经济虽得到了长足发展,但城乡二元结构依然没有打破;区域增长差距虽有所缩小,经济总量差距仍在扩大。国际上,全球经济形势依然不明朗,美国金融危机的影响还在持续,欧债危机还在蔓延。
Background and Overview After 30 years of rapid growth, China’s economic development still faces many challenges. Many prominent problems in economic development are in urgent need of solution. Economic development has long relied on such serious imbalances as export and investment, domestic demand and external demand, and investment and consumption. Rural areas Although the economy has made great strides, the urban-rural dual structure has still not been broken. Although the regional growth gap has narrowed, the total economic output gap is still widening. Internationally, the global economic situation is still uncertain. The impact of the U.S. financial crisis is still continuing. The debt crisis in Europe is still spreading.
