针对煤矿安全监控系统因无瓦斯变化趋势分析功能,当瓦斯浓度处于较低水平时,即使瓦斯有异常变化也无法及时提醒的问题,设计了一种煤矿瓦斯异动预警系统。该系统采用文件方式和OPC方式接入安全监控系统及综合自动化系统的监测数据;结合矿井实际通风状况,采用固定门限模型、均方差预警模型和分时均方差模型等三种预警模型计算得出测点的预警参考值及预警状态;通过消息客户端、短信等多种方式发布预警信息。实际应用表明,该系统实现了对瓦斯灾害的有效预防,为保证井下作业人员的安全提供了参考依据。
Due to the non-gas trend analysis function of coal mine safety monitoring and control system, when the gas concentration is at a low level, an early warning system for coal mine gas outburst is designed, which can not promptly remind the gas even if abnormal gas changes. The system uses document mode and OPC mode to access the monitoring data of the safety monitoring system and the integrated automation system. Combining with the actual ventilation status of the mine, three kinds of early-warning models such as the fixed threshold model, the mean-variance early warning model and the time-averaged mean-variance model are used to calculate Point warning reference and early warning status; through the news client, SMS and other means of issuing early warning information. Practical application shows that the system has realized the effective prevention of gas disasters and provided a reference for guaranteeing the safety of downhole workers.
