Organic geochemistry is a highly integrated discipline that studies the formation, variation and distribution of organic compounds in the current and fossil environments. In order to strengthen the scientific cooperation between Sweden and other countries in this subject, a seminar was held in Stockholm, Sweden, in May 2003 to study the interaction between inorganic, organic and biological substances in various aspects such as observation, theory and experiment The role of the study. The purpose of the conference is to explore their performance and processes in the evolution and formation of these substances that influence the Earth’s environment. Organic geochemistry has important economic implications as it relates to the formation of oil, gas and coal; organic geochemistry is also due to its origin of life and the existence of other celestial bodies
