ＣＴ共检出57个肝病灶。动脉期(延迟25ｓ)检出48个,门脉期(延迟60ｓ)检出49个,延迟期(延迟3～5ｍｉｎ)检出30个,平扫加门脉期检出病灶数与动脉期加门脉期相等。延迟期并不增加病灶检出数。黑色素瘤肝转移:多期增强CT的价值
A total of 57 liver lesions were detected on CT. 48 were detected in the arterial phase (delay 25s), 49 in the portal phase (delayed 60s), and 30 in the delayed phase (delayed 3 to 5mins). The number of lesions detected in the plain scan plus portal phase and the arterial phase were increased. The portal period is equal.
