1 基本情况 药品是一种特殊的商品,药品质量直接关系着广大人民群众用药安全有效和生死尤关的大问题。近年来,在改革开放搞活市场经济的大好形势推动下,医药事业正在迅猛发展,大量的药品涌向市场,因此,进一步加强药品管理,确保药品质量是非常必要的。 两年来对县级药材公司及县级、乡镇级医院和村卫生室药品进行外观质量检查,结果见统计表。 表中可以看出所检查的单位均有质变和过期药品存在。其中县级药材公司药品不合格率较低(0.41％),农村卫生室药品质量问题尤为突出,不合格率为2.47％。如一农村个体卫生室,现存药品105批次,其中5批过期失效。另有2个卫生室分别查处一
1 The basic situation Drugs are a special kind of commodities. The quality of medicines is directly related to the major issue of safe and effective drug use and life and death for the majority of the people.
