在烟叶生产中,打顶抹芽是提高烟叶质量的一个关键性措施。由于人工抹芽费时费工效率低、且极易传染烟草病毒病。近年日益重视化学腋芽抑制剂的研究应用,国内开始引进一些进口烟草抑芽剂。为了比较不同抑芽剂的抑芽效果、探索适宜我省具体情况的施用技术,1991年我们在叙永、会理及西昌等地烟区对瑞士汽巴嘉基公司出品的抑芽敏与美国氰胺公司出品的除草通进行了多点小区对比试验。供试药剂为25%抑草敏乳油(供试浓度700倍)及33%除草通乳剂(供试浓度100倍),小区而积0.1亩,随机区组设计,各处理重复三次,以人工打顶抹芽为对照在全田烟株90%以上进入花蕾伸长期时打项施药,施药后第3、7、15天进行三次抑芽率调查,烟叶成熟后,各小区单独采收烘烤及分级扎把,按国家标准验收称重并统计产量、亩产值与上中等烟比例。现将各点试验结果综述如下:
