目的 :探讨神经胶质瘤中最常见的星形胶质细胞瘤的复杂的生物学特性。方法 :采用流式细胞分析技术对 2 1例星形胶质细胞瘤中DNA含量进行了检测。结果 :2 1例星形胶质细胞瘤中DNA含量异质的 12例 (5 7% ) ;星形Ⅰ级的异质率为 2 9% ,Ⅱ级为 5 7% ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级为 86 %。其中Ⅱ级和Ⅰ、Ⅲ级 ,Ⅳ级和Ⅱ级之间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级和Ⅰ级之间则有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :星形胶质细胞瘤的不同部位有DNA含量不同的细胞克隆存在 ,证实了星形胶质细胞瘤的DNA含量的确存在异质性。
Objective: To explore the complex biological characteristics of the most common astrocytoma in gliomas. Methods : Flow cytometric analysis was used to detect DNA content in 21 astrocytomas. RESULTS: Among the 21 cases of astrocytoma, 12 cases (5 7%) were heterogenous in DNA content; the heterogeneity rate of star I grade was 29%, that of grade II was 57%, and grade III and IV were 86%. There was no significant difference between grade II and grade I, grade III, grade IV and grade II (P > 0.05), and there was significant difference between grade III, grade IV and grade I (P < 0.05). . Conclusion: There are different clones of DNA in different parts of astrocytoma, confirming that the DNA content of astrocytoma is indeed heterogeneous.
