为了探讨重组促红细胞生成素(rHuEPO)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭贫血患者的红细胞质量改变,选择38例CRF腹透贫血患者,20例应用rHuEPO治疗,18例应用输血治疗,分别观察两组治疗前、后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和Na~+,K~+-ATP酶活性变化以及分析Na~+,K~+-ATP酶活性与LPO、SOD之间相关性。结果显示,治疗后两组Hb、Hct均显著升高,rHuEPO组LPO显著下降(P<0.05),SOD和Na~+,K~+-ATP酶活性差异不显著,并且Na~+,K~+-ATP酶与LPO水平呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与SOD活性呈正相关(P<0.05)。提示rHuEPO、输血均能纠正CRF患者贫血,增加红细胞数量,前者并能改善红细胞质量,但后者不能。
To investigate the change of erythrocyte quality in patients with anemia of chronic renal failure treated with recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO), 38 patients with CRF peritoneal anemia were selected. Twenty patients were treated with rHuEPO and 18 patients were treated with blood transfusion. Hb, LPO, SOD and Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase activity were measured and the changes of Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATPase activity and LPO, SOD correlation between. The results showed that the levels of Hb and Hct in both groups were significantly increased after treatment, the LPO in rHuEPO group was significantly decreased (P <0.05), the activities of SOD and Na ~ +, K ~ + -ATP were not significantly different, There was a significant negative correlation between + -ATPase and LPO level (P <0.05), and positively correlated with SOD activity (P <0.05). Tip rHuEPO, blood transfusion can correct anemia CRF patients, increase the number of red blood cells, the former and can improve the quality of red blood cells, but the latter can not.
