In 1991 I attended the 30th regular March meeting of the American Physical Society in Cincinnati. This anniversary reminds me of the changes that I have seen in this area since 1962. In the size of the March meeting of the American Physical Society over the years, our field is indeed a vibrant area. At the 1962 Baltimore meeting, 395 papers and 42 invitations were received. Last year at the Cincinnati Conference received 3900 papers, 420 invited reports and divided into 30 sub-venue reports. The March meeting is bigger than ever before. The growth in this area is here
