为了使学前班工作符合幼教规律,我区成立了区教育局主管局长任组长,小教科、幼教科、幼教研三家组成的领导小组。小教科主要负责学前班登记注册,配合幼教科对其业务工作进行视导、评价;配合幼教研开展教育研究。幼教科全面管理业务工作,落实幼教方针、政策、法规,进行师资培训。幼教研侧重开展教育研究。每个学期三家在主管局长的领导下,集体研究计划,重点工作联合搞,具体工作有侧重,各司其职。
