老年中耳炎症性疾病的临床特点与细胞免疫、体液免疫的降低和自身免疫的产生、细胞分裂活性降低和DNA合成减少等因素有关。本文作者对莫斯科第二医学院1978～1982年接诊的老年(60岁以上)急、慢性中耳炎178例(男70例,女108例)进行了分析,并阐明其临床特点。老年急性中耳炎住院治疗33例。仅4例在入院
The clinical features of the elderly middle ear inflammatory disease are related to the cellular immunity, the reduction of humoral immunity and the production of autoimmunity, the decrease of cell division activity and the decrease of DNA synthesis. The authors analyzed 178 elderly (over 60 years old) and 178 cases of chronic otitis media (including 70 males and 108 females) admitted to the Second Medical College of Moscow from 1978 to 1982 and clarified their clinical features. Aged otitis media hospitalized in 33 cases. Only 4 cases were admitted
