高速钢制的剃齿刀(φ180mm和φ240mm)是齿轮刀具中的精密刀具。它在热加工中有镦拔锻造和冷处理两道工序。对刀具毛坯进行多次镦拔锻造的目的是为了改善高速钢材料的碳化物级别,而冷处理则是为了减少剃齿刀在热处理后的内孔变形。这是历来的传统工艺方法。我厂在解决质量关键问题的过程中,经过反复试验,发现上述两道工序对剃齿刀的质量并无明显的关系。因此,我们取消了剃齿刀在热处理过程中的冷处理工序。这样做不但节省了材料,而且减少了工时,加快了生产周期。现将试验情况介绍如下:
High-speed steel gear shavers (φ180mm and φ240mm) are precision tools in gear tools. It is hot in the upsetting forging and cold processing two processes. The purpose of multiple upsetting forging of tool blanks is to improve the carbide grade of HSS, while cold treatment is to reduce the deformation of bore holes after heat treatment. This is traditionally the traditional craft method. I plant in the process of solving the key quality problems, after repeated tests and found that the above two procedures on the quality of shaving knives and no obvious relationship. Therefore, we eliminated the shaving process during the heat treatment. This not only saves material, but also reduces man-hours and speeds up the production cycle.
