本题以西部大开发为背景,由五位专家学者提出各种观点、看法作为材料,从经济学常识、哲学常识和政治学常识三个不同的知识角度设计问题,考察学生对这一热点问题的了解以及对相关知识、原理、观点的掌握情况,同时考察学生分析概括材料,有针对性地具体问题具体分析解决的能力。从考生的答题情况看,多数考生基本都能围绕主题,从三种不同知识的角度回答问题。从答题内容看,考生也能够明确西部开发在国家经济生活中的意义。对于社会主义市场经济体制的基本内涵、哲学的基本观点、国家的基本职能都能有比较正确的理解和把握。
This topic takes western development as the background. Five experts and scholars put forward various viewpoints and views as materials. They design problems from three different knowledge perspectives: economics common sense, philosophy common sense, and political science common sense. Students are examined on this hot issue.
