周叔瞍(1891—1984),著名古籍收藏家,文物鉴藏家。曾任唐山华新纱厂、天津华新纱厂经理等。1936年拒绝与日本人合作,愤然离职。是中国北方民族工商业代表人物。1 954年率先将所经营的企业实行公私合营,任公私合营启新洋灰公司董事长。历任中央人民政府政务院财经委员会委员、天津市副市长、天津市人大常委会副主任、天律市工商联主任委员、中国佛教协会常务理事、天津市国际信托投资公司董事长、全国人大常委会委员、全国工商联副主席、全国政协副主席等职。
