目的探讨早期声门型喉癌不同治疗方法的效果。方法回顾性分析59例声门型喉癌患者的临床资料,对手术组、放射治疗组(放疗组)5年生存率及嗓音质量进行比较。结果两组5年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),放疗组嗓音质量优于手术组(P<0.01)。结论早期声门型喉癌无论手术还是放射治疗,预后均较好,但放射治疗对于嗓音的恢复有优势,可有效改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of different treatment methods for early glottic laryngeal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 59 patients with glottic laryngeal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The 5-year survival rate and voice quality of the operation group, radiotherapy group (radiotherapy group) were compared. Results There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The voice quality of radiotherapy group was better than that of operation group (P <0.01). Conclusions The early stage of glottic carcinoma of the glotticus is better than surgery or radiotherapy. However, radiotherapy has some advantages for the recovery of the voice, which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
