以控制理论的观点和方法研究了一类中性粒细胞系统的动态数学模型。离子辐射和骨髓移植的效应可解释为模型细胞池初值的变化。中性粒细胞在不同阶段的动态行为表明,这些细胞池初值对功能细胞的效应在时间轴上是相互区别的。应用这些分布特性,提出了基于规则的估计不可测细胞状态的方法。临床的离子辐射和骨髓移植病人数据与仿真结果的比较,验证了本法的有效性。
The dynamic mathematical model of a type of neutrophil system is studied with the viewpoints and methods of control theory. The effects of ionizing radiation and bone marrow transplantation can be explained by changes in the initial values of the model cell pool. The dynamic behavior of neutrophils at different stages shows that the effects of initial values of these cell pools on functional cells are time-axis-independent. Applying these distributions, a rule-based approach to estimating unmeasurable cell status is proposed. The clinical data of ionizing radiation and bone marrow transplantation compared with the simulation results verify the validity of this method.
