第一章总则 第一条为了规范建立卫星通信网和设置、使用地球站行为,避免卫星网络之间、地球站与共用频段的其他无线电台之间的相互干扰,促进卫星通信事业的健康发展,根据《中华人民共和国无线电管理条例》和《中华人民共和国电信条例》,制定本规定。 第二条在中华人民共和国境内建立卫星通信网和设置、使用地球站,必须遵守本规定。 本规定所称卫星通信网,是指利用卫星空间电台进行通信的若干个地球站组成的通信网;地球站是指设置在
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to regulate the establishment of satellite communication networks and the setting up and using of earth stations and to avoid mutual interference between satellite networks, earth stations and other radio stations in the common frequency band and to promote the sound development of satellite communications, This Provisions is formulated in accordance with “Radio Regulations of the People’s Republic of China” and “Telecommunications Regulations of the People’s Republic of China.” Article 2 The establishment of satellite communications networks and the establishment and use of earth stations within the territory of the People’s Republic of China must comply with these Provisions.
